Cookie Drops
Cookie drops happen every Saturday at 10am Mountain Time. A limited batch of flavors goes on sale, and once they sell out, they’re gone.
Be on the site right at 10am Mountain Time on Saturdays and make sure you’re subscribed to texts. Drops often sell out quickly.
Because we bake in small batches, we don’t restock daily. Between drops, everything will show as sold out until the next Saturday at 10am Mountain Time.
Order
We bake cookies fresh and ship once per week. Orders from Saturday cookie drops, Sunday misfits drops, and special orders placed Monday–Friday ship the following Monday (excluding major holidays). We ship exclusively with UPS (Ground or 2-Day, based on checkout). No PO Boxes, no international shipping, and no signature required. Once UPS has your package, delivery timing is out of our control. We don’t offer refunds or replacements for carrier delays, porch theft, or issues caused by incorrect addresses.

We ship to the lower 48 United States! Unfortunately, no Canada, Alaska, or Hawaii shipping for now.
Orders with the same shipping details are automatically combined. Other orders may be combined until 12pm Mountain Time on drop days. After that, changes aren’t possible.
Cookies are baked fresh after the drop and typically ship on Mondays. You’ll receive tracking once your order ships. Cookies are sealed for freshness and are best within 5-7 days after their ship date, but can be frozen for up to 3 months.
